Individual Giving

In its thirty-nine year history, the Washington Bach Consort has been supported by many individuals who love the music of Bach and who champion the Consort’s mission of sharing the music of Bach with the community. Subscription concerts are not self-supporting — to keep ticket prices affordable, about 40% of the cost must be covered by donations. Other activities, such as the free Noontime Cantata series, Talking Bach lectures, and Bach to School, generate no income and donations from foundations, corporations, and individuals play a major role in maintaining these programs. Individual support is crucial to the organization’s current and future activities, and we invite you to make a tax-deductible donation today.
